Heroes Re-Sign Defensive Standout
The Cape Fear Heroes are pleased to announce they have signed Ralph “Pac-Man” Scott for the 2018 season.”Pac-Man” was a critical component of last seasons Supreme Indoor Football Championship defensive unit for the Heroes and is a born leader. He has dominated opposing teams from the linebacker position during his indoor football career and stands in at 6’3” weighing 240 pounds.
Ralph is no stranger to championship programs having played for the Cape Fear Heroes of Supreme Indoor Football (2017) and the Augusta Spartans of the World Indoor Football League (2007). Over his professional playing career Ralph has been named to various All-League and All-Star teams and is a previous Defensive Player of the Year league selection.
“Pac-Man” has an extensive playing career having played for six professional teams in five different leagues the Cape Fear Heroes (Supreme Indoor Football), Greenville Force (Southern Indoor Football League), Sioux City Bandits (Indoor Football League), Augusta Colts (Southern Indoor Football League), Carolina Force (American Indoor Football) and the Augusta Spartans (World Indoor Football League).
Heroes Head Coach Charles Gunnings says "Ralph is a player that is the cornerstone for the defense. He has great size and sees the field very well. Last season, his numbers speak for themselves as he anchored the Heroes defensive unit”.
